Where I was born and raised, Miami, FL we played baseball year round. Whether we were playing recreational baseball, travel baseball, high school ball or participating in camps and clinics to help improve our techniques. The point is we were always working hard at perfecting our technique.
Our Camps are designed for infielders, at all four positions, and covers mechanics for fielding ground balls and throwing to bases. In addition to working with our outfielders teaching proper angle to the ball as well as crow hop technique and hitting cutoffs properly. Our coaching staff believes that this review is vitally important to get each player reset on his basic mechanics. As players progress to higher levels in baseball, the speed of play quickens dramatically and even tiny flaws in fielding and throwing mechanics can be the difference between a safe and an out call.
